Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of noctylle.com and to any order you place with Noctylle. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Products
Product photos are shot in natural light, so colours may look slightly different on your screen. Small variations in dye, print or texture are part of how the fabric is made and are not defects. We may update product details, prices and availability at any time.

2. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
- Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your card or banking details.
- If we list a product at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.

3. Orders
- An order is confirmed only when we send you a confirmation email or message.
- We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is an error in the listing, or if we suspect fraud or misuse.
- Please check your address, pin code and phone number before paying. Re-shipping charges for incorrect addresses are payable by you, as described in our Shipping Policy.

4. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on select pin codes for an additional fee. Full payment is due at the time of delivery. We may withdraw COD for customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries.

5. Shipping and delivery
Dispatch times, delivery estimates, charges and delays are covered in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and Noctylle is not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

6. Exchanges and refunds
Noctylle offers exchanges, not refunds, except in the cases listed in our Return & Exchange Policy. Damaged, defective or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. Size exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. International orders are final sale. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted that policy.

7. Discount codes
Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Orders placed with misused codes may be cancelled.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Noctylle name, logo, photographs, designs and text, belongs to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Noctylle is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Privacy
How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is posted on this page.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
